Together, Cryosite and ATCC are committed to providing authentic research materials to customers in Australia and New Zealand, with a faster, more convenient service.
- New Accounts - If you have an existing account with ATCC, there is no need to apply for a new one. If you have not ordered from ATCC before, simply download and complete the New Account Application Form and send it to us. Account allocation takes approximately two weeks, as ATCC and Cryosite approve your details.
- Direct ordering from Cryosite - Cryosite now handles all orders and enquiries for ATCC products from customers in Australia and New Zealand. You no longer have to endure the long distance communication issues associated with time differences. If you have any queries you now have the advantage of being able to pick up the phone and communicate directly with a member of our staff.
- Payments made easier in Australian dollars - No more having to deal with exchange rates and cheque clearance for Australian customers. Cryosite accepts Company cheques; Electronic Funds Transfer and credit cards. Payment is due 30 days from date of invoice.
- Customs Clearance - Cryosite arranges the customs clearance on ATCC orders into Australia and New Zealand, removing the need to liaise with clearing agents or Customs over shipments - if there's a problem, we'll fix it for you.
- Import Permits
- Australian Customers: As part of our service, Cryosite handles the Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (AQIS) import permit requirements for the majority* of ATCC products. This means that for most items, you no longer have to go through the process of obtaining a permit yourself.
- New Zealand Customers: New Zealand Customers must hold a current Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, New Zealand (MAF) permit valid for the importation of the ordered items). Permits must be faxed to Cryosite accompanying the order.
- Reduced Delivery Time - Delivery time will be cut for most items. In the event of products being out of stock or unavailable, you will be notified of the estimated delivery time.
- Convenience - Delivery to your door during business hours- We understand the inconvenience caused when goods arrive after hours or on weekends. All orders will be delivered during business hours.
- Accreditation - Cryosite's facility has been approved by AQIS as a Quarantined Approved Premise (QAP).
