1. Fees

    There are a number of different stages and fees associated with the collection, processing and storage of your baby's cord blood.

    A. Registration Fee - $300

    A non-refundable fee to establish an account and includes the supply and shipment of the cord blood collection kit to the hospital.

    B. Processing Fee - $1,550

    Includes fees for the collection, transport, processing and testing of the blood.

    C. Storage Fee - $150 per year

    Maintenance and long-term storage of the processed blood:

    D. Kit Delivery Fee Surcharge

    An additional pick-up fee may apply if your hospital is in an outer regional or remote area. This surcharge will not exceed $200. Please contact Cryosite for further details.

2. Payment Plans

3. Refunds

If the collection or processing of your baby’s Cord Blood is unsuccessful you will be refunded all fees paid less the $300 Registration Fee.
